råa chokladbollar

Recept ur Bonniers Vegetariska kokbok i Fitness Lifestyle's septembernummer. Goda och nyttiga.
Ingredienser: havregryn eller boveteflingor, kokosflingor, vaniljstång, ekologisk kallpressad kokosolja, urkärnade dadlar (hade inte hemma – bytte mot kaliforniska torkade plommon), starkt kallt kaffe, raw kakao, honung, pepparkakskrydda (bytte mot kanel) salt. Garnering: Rostad och hackad sötmandel, kokos eller kakaonibs.
